Citronella

Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus) is from the botanical family Poaceae or Gramineae (grasses).  It is steam distilled from the leaves.  Citronella is used by various cultures to treat intestinal parasites, menstrual problems and as a stimulant (EDR).  It is a powerful anti-oxidant, antibacterial, antifungal and often used in insect repellants.  It is also effective for respiratory infections, anxiety and skin issues (acne and eczema)
