Try this iced tea on a hot day. The peppermint will cool you off and perk you up in the heat.
4 decaffeinated green tea bags
1/4 C. agave nectar
3 drops Food grade, Therapeutic peppermint essential oil
Fresh mint for garnish
In the bottom of a 64 ounce glass pitcher, pour agave nectar and 1-2 cups of water to dissolve the agave. Add peppermint oil, remaining water and tea bags and steep 15-20 minutes. Slice each lime into quarter. Fill serving glasses with ice and squeeze one lime slice in each glass. Pour tea over ice, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
